Once your order's confirmed and headed to Upkept, things are in motion. Message us immediately if something comes up — we'll do our best depending on where things stand.

Two to three weeks from the day Upkept receives your jeans. You'll hear from us along the way — when your order's in, when stitching starts, and when it ships back with your tracking number.
